Terms and Conditions
These terms explain the responsibilities of learners and the Academy when you create an account, enrol in a course or use our learning services.
Last updated: 29 August 20261. About these terms
iSearch Training Academy is operated by iSearch Consultancy Services in Ghana. By using the Academy or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms and the course information shown before enrolment. If a course-specific term differs, the clearly disclosed course term will apply to that course.
2. Learner accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure and use your account personally. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend an account used fraudulently, abusively or in a way that threatens the Academy or other learners.
3. Courses, previews, access and availability
Course descriptions, availability, format, duration and requirements are stated on the relevant page. A paid course may offer a clearly labelled free preview covering a stated number of opening sessions. Preview access is not a paid enrolment, does not include the remaining sessions, Final Course Assessment or certificate eligibility, and does not guarantee completion of the full course. Preview progress is retained if the learner upgrades. “Coming Soon” is not open for enrolment.
We may improve course materials, replace outdated content or reschedule supported activities while preserving the essential learning outcome wherever reasonably possible.
4. Fees, free courses and promotions
Ghana cedi (GHS) is the authoritative price. Any converted amount is an estimate. Paid enrolments are processed through Paystack. A genuinely free course has an amount payable of GH₵0 and does not require Paystack or a promotion code. A 100% promotional enrolment remains a promotional event and is recorded separately from a free-course enrolment.
Promotion codes are subject to their stated eligibility, validity and usage rules. Fees for optional certificates or other services are shown before a learner commits to them.
5. Learning conduct and assessment
You must submit your own work, treat tutors and learners respectfully, and not copy, distribute or misuse course materials. Plagiarism, impersonation, manipulation of assessments or attempts to obtain certificates dishonestly may result in invalidated work, suspension or certificate revocation.
6. Certificates
A certificate is issued only where the course terms and completion requirements are satisfied. Certificate availability and any applicable fee are disclosed on the course page. See our Certificate Policy for assessment, verification, correction and revocation details.
7. Intellectual property
Academy content, branding, videos, assessments and materials belong to iSearch Consultancy Services or their stated licensors. Enrolment gives you a personal, limited right to use them for learning. It does not permit resale, publication, recording, bulk copying or commercial reuse without written permission.
8. Service responsibility
We work to keep the Academy accurate and available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by Ghanaian law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or outcomes based solely on completing a course. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Please contact info@isearchconsultancygh.com first so we can try to resolve a concern fairly.
